BREEAM (UK) is the world's leading sustainability assessment method for masterplanning projects, infrastructure and buildings.
Cradle to Cradle (C2C) is an approach to design that calls for the transformation of human industry through ecologically intelligent design, where embodied in the design of a place or product is the ability to give birth to future uses of places and products.
Estidama meaning "sustainability" in Arabic, is a rating system for sustainable (green) design, operation and maintenance of buildings and communities, taking into account the local climate of the Emirate.
GRESB sets the benchmark for portfolio-level ESG performance.
GRI the Global Reporting Initiative's Standards are the first global standards for sustainability reporting.
REEB the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP's) Real Estate Environmental Benchmark is one of the only benchmarks based on the performance of buildings ‘in-use’.
LEED (US) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely used green building rating system in the world.

Archined is an independent information on developments in architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture in the Netherlands, published daily, mostly in Dutch with some English pages.  Also includes job postings.
Architectenweb is a Dutch architecture weblog in Dutch only.
Landscape + Urbanism is a blog focusing on landscape architecture, sustainable urbanism, vegetated architecture, urban agriculture, living walls, green roofs, ecological planning and landscape urbanism theory.
MIMOA is an online architecture guide that shows Modern Architecture on a map with the address and all additional information you need to actually find and visit interiors, parks, public places, buildings and bridges.

Learning

CABE Urban Design Summer School Learning Resources include publications for urban design skills appraisal, articles, videos, and speaker presentations.
MIT Open Courseware website includes free online courseware from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including lecture notes, exams, and videos.
Planetizen Courses for planning professionals to keep their skills up-to-date and learn from experts at the front lines of planning.

American Planners Association (APA) is the website of the national planning association of the US.
Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) is the website of the national planning association of Canada, including information on accredited planning programs in Canada, jobs, a list of affiliates for each province (provincial affiliates have more information then the national assocation's website), and other resources.
International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) is the website of this international association of planners, based in the Netherlands.
RICS the website of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has a lot of resources on research, regulations, developments, training and education.
Royal Town Planners Institute (RTPI) is the website of the national planning association of the UK.
ULI the Urban Land Institute has rich research and education for land use and real estate professionals.
